Scleroptherapy is the gold standard, painless, safe and most effective method to get rid of unwanted veins. It produces much better results than lasers do and is much less expensive than lasers. A physician (myself) painlessly injects a special solution into your unwanted veins. As a result they slowly dissolve over several weeks. There is no down time other than a 24 hour bandage following the treatment. The procedure is repeated monthly until all unwanted veins disappear.

Lipotherapy is fat dissolving injection. The physician painlessly injected solution is made up of equal parts PC (Phosphatidul Choline) and DC (Sodium Deoxycholate) dissolved in saline. Both PC and DC are safe and FDA approved. This is off label use of PC DC. Typical treated areas are waistline handle bars or any area of bulging fat unresponsive to targeted exercise. Lipotherapy is to be distinguished from mesotherapy as the Lipotherapy uses the 2 ingredients scientifically proven to be effective in dissolving fat. Mesotherapy uses a cocktail of up to 10 or more compound, the majority of which have not been scientifically proven to play a role in dissolving fat.

Microdermabrasion is the method of choice to mechanically remove layer of skin resulting in a polished look. Microdermabrasion gets rid of dead layers of skin. Helps clean out pores, tightens skin and gives your skin a uniform color and texture. To sum it up one word it polishes your skin making it brighter and more reflective of light. It produces the same results as a light prescription peel and is recommended for the patients who are sensitive to topical light prescription peels.
